ACA tax delays signed into law

A $1.15 trillion spending measure and $620 billion in tax breaks cleared both houses of Congress on Friday morning, and President Barack Obama signed the legislation. The House passed the measures separately, then they were combined for the Senate. The legislation delays the Affordable Care Act taxes on high-cost health plans and medical devices for two years and puts a health insurance premium tax on hold for one.
