Retirement investors seek reassurance amid market plunge

Fidelity Investments hit a record Jan. 4 when almost 4 million retirement investors contacted the company to check on their savings as the market dipped. Other firms also have seen high volumes of calls this month, but many investors are not looking to make changes.
